As you all may be aware, through a text message sent to each phone yesterday, the Ultracompact USB power adapter that you have may become defective and Apple is sending out a free replacement. Follow this link http://www.apple.com/support/usbadapter/exchangeprogram/ for instructions on replacing your adapter. Please note, when filling out your information, you must have an Apple Id.

Paying attention to just a few commonsense pointers will pay off with a longer battery lifespan and battery life for your iPhone. The most important thing is to keep your iPhone out of the sun or a hot car (including the glove box). Heat will degrade your battery’s performance the most.

TurningPoint ResponseWare Web

“ResponseWare Web” is the subscription service from TurningPoint that allows an iPhone, BlackBerry, or other mobile computer device to act as a TurningPoint clicker. We have some pricing information and it looks like it would cost a student at WKU $17.50 per year to subscribe to this service, or $35.00 for a four-year plan.

There is a response system being developed by TurningPoint for the iPhone and other mobile devices. TurningPoint is the WKU standard for clicker audience response technology. This would provide the potential for a student to use an iPhone instead of buying a TurningPoint response card clicker.
